The player contribution of our eNewsletter was an avenue to show our athletes the creative process of producing a communication piece that is shared with our fans, alumni and friends/family of the program.  After creating the newsletter, I would send the draft to one of our players to reflect on the content and come up with a ‘player contribution’ that would be featured on the front page.  This was a way to model collaboration using digital tools and was a way to see our player’s way of thinking, planning and producing within a creative process.
